Lowongan Kerja : HRD Supervisor

Reporting to Group HRD Manager
the candidate must have a practical experience in handling recruitment
and training activities.

Job description :
Conduct recruitment & selection process such as initial screening,
interviewing, personality and technical test. Develop, implement and
maintain the training program.

Qualification’s vacancy :
Bachelor degree in Psychology or IKIP
Have 1 until 3 years HR in Business esperience.
A high level of Trustworthy is essential, along with the Attitude with
Positive Mindset
Self Motivated, Teamwork, Innovation and Communicate precisely.
Microsoft office computer skills.
