Lowongan Kerja : Data Entry and Administration

Job Summary :
Assist the Marketing Dept Head in the various administrative and
coordinating function of all division related to Marketing Dept such as
but not limited correspondences, filling of document, preparing report
and presentation

Job Description :
Assists the Head of Business in preparing presentation and report
as requested from time to time.
Organizing all report and files
Planning and arrange the promotion for marketing activities
Having and maintain a good relation with all client
Follow up any inquiry from customer

Working Exp :
Preferable has experience as a personnel assistant, secretary,
executive assistant min. 2 years.

Other Qriteria :
Familiar with computer application
good command of English both written and verbal.
Very good in organizing. Has effective communication skills.
Has initiative and resourceful.
Must be able to coordinate well with people inside and outside the
organization. Good decision making skill, personable.
