Lowongan Kerja : HRD Supervisor
Background :
Graduate Bachelor Degree S1 majoring in Psychology or Management
from well university minimum GPA 2.80 (Scale 4.00).
Min 2 yr of experiences as HRD Supervisor in manufacturing industry

Knowledge and Skills :
Knowledgeable of KPI (Key Performance Indicator) and Career Path.
Having indepth knowledge of Recruitment Process, Organizational
Development, Training activity, Performance Appraisal, Compensation
and Benefit, and HR Management.
Able to maintain good work at any condition.
Fully understand about Labor Law and Legislation.

General Qualifications :
This vacant for male, maximum age 35 years old. Willing to work hard.
Good skill in analysis and communication. Good skills in computer.
Fluent in English both spoken and written.
Able to speak Japanese would be an advantage.
